There is a new game mode on Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and it's called Cranked! A fast paced game mode with a few twists.

Cranked, also known as PCP as an April Fool's day joke[1], is a game mode in Call of Duty: Ghosts and a custom game option in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The gametype is similar to Team Deathmatch with two teams competing to earn kills. Whenever a player gets a kill, they earn a "Cranked" bonus, giving them faster movement speed, reload, and ADS. Upon getting the bonus, the player is given a 30 second timer. After each kill or assist the player earns, the timer will reset. If the player fails to get a kill or assist within the time limit, they will explode and die.  

The first kill a player gets upon spawning or respawning will add one point to the team's score. Each "Cranked" kill or each kill the player gets with the timer will add two points to the team score. The first team to reach 150 points wins the game.

​The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (MWR) Variety Map Pack is now available on PlayStation 4. It will release to PC and Xbox a month after release on PlayStation. The Variety Map Pack costs $14.99. It includes 4 multiplayer maps (Killhouse, Creek, Broadcast, and Chinatown) and 10 Rare Supply Drops for Operation Lion Strike.

Multiplayer Maps Description from Charlie Intel Site: 

Broadcast: Based on the TV station from the campaign mission “Charlie Don’t Surf”, this map provides a unique blend of confined corridors and wide-open spaces. Outside the station, the parking lot contains long sightlines, but once inside, cramped hallways and a computer-cluttered broadcast room provide ample close-range combat opportunities.

Chinatown: Set in a foggy downtown district, this nighttime map is lit up by flickering neon signs and a full moon. A re-imagining of the original Call of Duty multiplayer map “Carentan”, players will need to be careful on these streets, as almost every building in the map can be occupied, providing perfect cover for enemies waiting for a chance to line you up in their sights.

Creek: Set in a wide-open village ravaged by combat where concealment is the difference between life and death, a gaping ravine divides this map into two. Open clearings with sheer cliff faces and ample forested cover make this map ideal for snipers and long-range firefights.

Killhouse: A small training warehouse filled with various building mock ups that feature soft and hard cover points. Expect fast-paced and fierce firefights for maximum close-quarters chaos.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DROP ZONE
As with MW3 & Ghosts, two teams must fight over a moving location on the map (Hardpoint markers) to gain points. It differentiates itself from a similar game mode such as Hardpoint, however, with the addition of Drone Package as a reward for successfully holding on to the point. Approximately every 15 seconds a team holds a zone, a Drone Package will be called automatically on the drop zone. To win, either one team must reach the score limit, or else the victor is determined by who has the most points when time is up.

Each team member within the drop zone area adds 20 points per second to his team's score; this is cumulative with other team members for a possible maximum of 120 points/second. The first team to 750 points is the winner.

Each drop zone is marked by arrow markers, making it somewhat difficult to distinguish targets inside or outside of the area without using the Marksman perk. Usage of grenades/explosives is quite heavy among players. Therefore, the perks Blast Shield and Tac Resist, the Trophy System, and even Reactive Armor can be useful in countering the explosives.

Players cannot earn killstreaks or specialist perks that are selected on their classes, but De-Atomizer Strikes are still obtainable through kills with guns with the Nuclear gun perk.

In some instances, the location of the next drop zone can be predicted. Additionally, the drop zones will always rotate in cycles and once every drop zone has appeared for one minute, it will ALWAYS revert back the first, center one. It is worth noting that different maps have varying numbers of drop zone locations. The rotating locations in Terminal is always fixed in the same order, so it is strategic to shift locations in the last few seconds of the drop zone in order to take an early advantage.

It was first added into public match in the Featured playlist on January 20th, 2017. It was later re-added to the playlist from March 10th, 2017 to March 17th, 2017.
